How do I book a service or consultation?
You can book directly through the website using our Calendly link or email us at [email protected]. After booking, you’ll receive a confirmation and a brief intake form.
Do you bring cleaning supplies or groceries?
For kitchen resets, turnovers, and light home support, we use your on-site items unless you request our portable kit. For grocery runs, we shop at your preferred stores.
Are we insured?
Yes, Thyme2Spare is fully insured to provide lifestyle management, home support, and coworking services.
How does payment work?
Payment is collected at booking. For services requiring a grocery or supply purchase, you’ll receive a digital receipt with any remaining funds credited or refunded.
Do you work with short-term rentals like Airbnb or VRBO?
Absolutely. We offer turnovers, restocks, vendor access, home checks, and more for hosts and property managers.
Can I customize my service?
Yes, nearly all services can be tailored. If you don’t see exactly what you need, book a Custom Solutions Call and we’ll create a plan designed for you.
What is your cancellation policy?
We kindly ask for 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Same-day cancellations may incur a fee.
Do you offer ongoing weekly or monthly packages?
Yes, Many clients book recurring weekly or biweekly service for lifestyle management, coworking support, family meal prep, and senior services.
Do you enter homes alone?
Yes, but safety is always a priority. We maintain professional standards, including time-stamped check-ins and clear communication before and after each visit.
